Books are read three times:

Once for Content (and catching blatant spelling/grammatical errors)

Once for Changes:  Spelling, Grammar and Continuity Feedback. At this point, we meet by phone, person, &/or Skype and go over suggestions.   Often Author’s assume their audience understands more than perhaps they actually do.   As a conscious  reader and producer, I will offer continuity suggestions and suggestions that might include adding a bit more elaboration, definition, history within the framework.
